Capturing DVCPRO-25

Does anyone how I can capture DVCPRO-25 (NTSC) I don't see a pre-set and I am not very experienced with this format so I don't know what settings to use. I also heard that this is a professional format, so there is some box or something that I need to check so the audio and video are locked in snyc. This is NOT DVCPRO HD...it is a master tape to a live switch with DVX's going into a switcher out to a DVCPRO deck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I need to capture this tomorrow! (will only have the deck for an hour or two)
PS: I searched the manual for "capture DVCPRO" but amazingly nothing came up I could only find two pages on DVCPRO-25 that weren't helpful to my problem.

DVCPRO 25 if just DV 48HZ it just the fancy name for mini DV

Isn't there a way to lock the audio and the video? I captures previously by duplicating the pre-set and then changing the compressor DV/DVCPro rather than DV NTSC..and the audio and video were clarly out of snych at the end.

I have no idea why that would be all you need to do is go up to the final cut pro menu and go easy setup and chose DV NTSC and you will be fine. there is not need to duplicate or change any settings you are working with the number one most common codec it is just DV mini DV don't let the DVCPRO 25 trow you off

I used the standard 48kHz DV pres-set, and still no luck..out of synch! :furious3:
