Capturing 30p footage and editing it

What is the best way to capture 30p footage shot on the DVX100B into final cut pro and then edit it. I captured the footage using pulldown. Any other steps? I changed nothing on my sequence settings.

What pulldown? 30p runs at 29.97fps? 24p runs at 29.97fps. 24PA...that runs at 29.97 but you can remove the pulldown to get it to 23.98.

For 30p, just use the DV/NTSC setting.

Thanks for the reply. So I treat the footage the same as always all the way through to Dvd studio? Please let me know any settings I should change between FCP, Compressor and DVD Studio(should I set the field to none). Sorry I'm a noob to shooting and editing progressive footage. I re-digitized all the footage I have so far with the DV/NTSC setting. Again thanks for your help

Just use DV/NTSC...if you have stills, then you might set field dominance to none. But the workflow should be the same.
