capturing 25p footage in fcp4

just bought and shot first film project with two panasonic dvx's in 25p mode and both of us are already in love with this camera. The quality we're getting back seems to be better than canon xl's that we've used before. I've got a week to turn around this project and before getting underway I would really like some pointers on capture presets for Final cut pro before i do something stupid.

how can i get lossless capture quality? what capture settings should i use in fcp4 window pane?

if not lossless than whats the best i can get?

other issues when editing progessive footage would be greatly received?

any and all help greatly appreciated

ok, i'm done logging, i am soon to begin capturing, please someone help me out time is ticking and i need some assurances before making big huge mistakes.

any pointers in helpful directions gratefully received sometime soon
