Capture settings for A1-XH?

I was originally planning on using FCP but now it looks like I'll be using Premiere... what settings should I use with 24, 1080i, 16x9 hd footage? Anything I should keep in mind? Thanks.

Download the Canon preset and edit away. I like to turn the quality down to draft quality, and I enable GPU acceleration. It makes things run smoother. http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=3408
