Capture Setting HDV Questions FCP

Hey Guys,

I have a Canon XH-G1 and I have been shooting stuff on HDV and I am wondering how should I go about capturing it on FCP? What setting should I use?

Capture Preset; HDV? DVC PRO HD? Whats the difference and why?
