Capture Issues

I have captured some footage into Vegas and the clip is distorted with grey boxes in it. When I click on the clip it looks and plays fine in the "Print to Taoe" box in the Capture window. It still looks distorted in the media pool window and when I try to play in video preview it is still distorted.

Any suggestions?

make sure your project settings match your capture settings. It sounds like either your project or capture settings are set to PAL while the other is set to NTSC.
