capture card suggestions

hi guys could anyone recomend a good capture card for my octo core mac under 500 bucks? i was considering blackmagic intensity or matrox mini
 
I'm a fan of Matrox. Those are your only two choices for that price. I find the MXO2 Mini's interface to be easier to navigate than the Decklink, but that is me. I know people who swear by Decklink.
