I have nothing witty to say (the picture speaks for itself), but I got this in an e-mail last week. The accompanying story stated that the police finally asked him to take it down when it kept causing accidents. Supposedly an elderly woman actually pulled over, lifted up the ladder and climbed up to help the guy. She was kinda pissed when she found out it was a dummy.
