Can't seem to find my expression notecard - How'd I do this?

Pre-migration to a new machine all my expressions were on stickies in my desktop. Something happened and I've been able to get back most of them from past project files, but this one seems to have left me for good (and maybe that's a good thing) - but I actually have need of it now.

Here's the effect:

I'm not sure it was a wiggler, but more a math expression. Something like on second keyframe y rotate this much over this amount of time gradually slowing down.... kind of thing.

I didn't make this one up, I stole it from someone else - so maybe someone might actually have the link that I stole it FROM?

Maybe check motionscript.com, there are some great expressions there for squash and stretch and mathematical decays etc.

It looks like a sort of sine wave on the y axis, so it starts rotating and then slowly decays and winds down?
