So I have a Bogen 3046 tripod with a 501 (3433) head on it. I'm trying to take the head off and can't get it! I've removed the 3 set screws, and I *thought* the method of doing this was to tighten the head as much as possible, then turn and it would come lose from the center column. But all I do is end up turning the head itself.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
