Can't print to tape from 24p

Ok....I did an apple -9 on the sequence and it tells me that my video is 29.97 and is using dvcpro compresor? I am now experiencing the same problem at the same place. I think there were many issues with this computer and I am probably dealing with the last one. The video had a gap in it a space. I deleted it and had to render again. Unfortunately its still happening again in the same spot. video plays ok on the camera if I just do a play.
 
Finally! ... I finally got it to work after a friend in NJIT suggested that I delete all my render files. I had no place to go. Somehow some of my segments were acting up. I had to do it twice once for the main timeline with all the segments first and then the nested one with one uninterupted sequence with all my filters.
