Can't prepare Bluray disc

Hi, I hope some one can help me with this.

I've rendered a 1080 24p AVC file with a AC3 5.1 audio file for authoring to BluRay in Vegas 9 pro. Video is set to 15.000 Mps and Audio to 448.

When I bring the files into DVD Architect and select prepare I get the following error message.

File name: STREAM/00001.m2ts
Status: TSWrapper.dll::CTSWrapper::ProcThreadMain::Video buffer underflows. -"

I found something on Sony's site regarding this, but after trying everything they suggest nothing works.

Has anyone else come across this.

I can't really rerender from Vegas again as it took 29hours the last time ( source files are 2k DPX )

I was able to get the disc prepared within Vegas, unfortunately it means that I'm not able to do it with any menu system.

I must say I'm horribly disappointed with Sony on this one, hopefully they can pull finger and sort this out asap, they can't hope to be taken seriously if there apps can't actually do what they have been designed for.
