Can't get my lens out of my Letus Extreme

i am in a bind.

i have my 50mm lens in my Letus Extreme and i can't get it out to change to another lens.

i don't want to twist any harder trying to remove it.

anyone have any troubleshooting ideas or just a step by step of how they remove their lenses? i havent had this problem before

Haha, the same thing occasionally happens to my 50mm lens. Usually after a little bit of gentle wiggling it pops off though.

ugh im trying but i really cant get this f**ker out.

and i just got some used lenses i wanted to try today, i was all excited...

Is it a Nikon mount? The adapter release looks like it should be pushed in to release but it actually should slide to the side.
