can't get look plugins to work!!

Hey folks,
I'm having a difficult time getting vegas 5 plugins to work (including magic bullet looksuite). I got it all working months ago with no problems. but all of a sudden i'm lost.

perhaps i have made some kind of adjustment that i didn't know about. i go thru the process of using the plugin, then i click "ok" in the dialogue box. nothing happens. I am so confused that i don't even know how to present how confused i am. any help is or suggestions is appreciated.

Hi Norm,
That button is not pressed. On my version (Vegas 5) it is called "Bypass Effects and Envelopes".
Still trying to sort it out.
