can't export to DVD...

Hi everyone, I'm a new DV user...
here's my problem....(it might sound really stupid, but i really need your help... )

I have a 26 mins footage in wmv format, I did a little bit of editing work and I want to burn it to DVD...

however, everytime when i export it to DVD, i got this weird message...
"Could not complete the last command because: unknown error"

I have no idea what it means. I tried play with the setting and stuff but I still get the same message.

Can somebody explain to me how people transfer their movie from a DV to DVD???
 
I never burn to DVD from Premiere. I have 24PA footage on a 24p preset and then save an AVI file to burn a DVD with Adobe Encore. My DVDs have been coming out great.
Encore is my answer to ya.
 
WHy are you editing with a compressed format? WMVs are a presentation format. THe lack of full support for wmvs in premiere might be the issue and the reason for your export error. Try exporting it as a microsot dv avi and then exporting that again as a dvd mpeg 2
