Canopus to HD-screen

We are forced to move to Canopus (if we want to stay in PC-land) and I get a project very soon which makes time a critical issue in the change from Liquid to Edius.

How can I preview (on the Dell 24´´ screen for example) with edius-broadcast? Don´t I need a certain output-card (NX or such)? Or does it do it over the regular VGA/DVI plug?

While you might be able to use VGA output, that is entirely up to your graphics card and quality will probably not be full-resolution.

The best way to get true and correct monitoring is to use one of the EDIUS hardware solutions for HD output.

EDIUS NX with the HD Expansion Kit, EDIUS SP, EDIUS SD and EDIUS HD will all provide true analog component HD output.

Which one you get depends on what your other needs are.
