Canon YH18x6.7 KRS SX7 lens worth anything?

I was given this YH18x6.7 KRS SX7 lens and wondering if it is worth having or selling. It is the funny Sony special mount for 1/2 inch cameras (Sony 38mm flange distance?). Reading from an non-authoritarian site, I read that the green chip was supposedly at a slightly different distance than the red and blue??? http://www.personal-view.com/talks/discussion/5862/12-inch-eng-zoom-lenses-and-mounting-solutions/p1

Since I'm not sure which camera these were on, not sure of this spec. More likely they have it confused with the red/blue pixel or half pixel offset to "increase" resolution.

Either way, wondering if it is worth an adapter to m43 or worth trying to sell. Appears to be a pre-HD lens design and maybe went on a industrial level Betacam camera. If it's worth something, I think I can get another 3 of them.

And the funny Sony mount with the electronics connections embedded in the mount:

They go for between $50 - $150 if you can find a buyer.

I would check ebay to see what they currently sell for, and if they have been selling.

Think it is worth getting an adapter for my Gh2 running in the ext mode (crop)? The adapter is like $150. If it was a 2/3 inch so I knew it would cover the EXT size scan, I'd probably get an adapter and make some mod 0.6 gears for my follow focus to give it a try.

I saw one old ebay auction that got $200 for it, might try getting it gone that way.

That's the lens I got with my first Betacam, Sony UVW-100B. All-in, I believe I spent $11,600 for the camera and lens. It was actually a pretty good lens, considering it was a 1/2" "industrial/professional" lens in the mid-90's. 18x, internal-focus. I did have to go into the lens and manually adjust the speed pot(crank the servo speed up) to make it useable for sports, because there is no external adjustment like on broadcast lenses. The alignment pin got broken on mine(looks like the same happened to that one judging by the pic) and I superglued it back in place(no way on hell I'd try that with one of my broadcast lenses). Also, the 'protein paint' on the grip did eventually break-down and become a nasty mess on mine.

I'd almost consider buying it, but the only reason I have mine(the lens and camera) is sentimental value.

The grip is also loose, and the threads where the zoom lever should be attached are pulled out. Not sure if it even works.

Looks like it throws about a 14mm or 15mm image circle, a lot bigger than I expected. Maybe it would be worth buying a mount. I'll see if I can get a couple of the others that they have.
