CANON XL2 vs. DVX100b

i am pretty much sold on the dvx100b ... But i was wondering which is a better camera? I wish the dvx100b was a true 16.9
 
I would perfer this camera over the XL and DVX.

yeh..i'm gonna order the 100b tonight. I work for les claypool and been needing an upgrade plus a 3rd camera. We use a 100a and dvc30.
 
Duh! As if !!!!

To 16x9 or not to 16x9, that is the question. OK, maybe more questions like, interchangeble lens (80% of XL owners don't change leses), and like, maybe you want to show off! :)

Seriously! A lot of us went through this ordeal. And it all depends on what you're going to do.

Plus, with the DVX, you get the possibility of an Andromeda upgrade. :thumbsup:
 
Everybody knows the Xl1 is the best. That's the one they shot full frontal with. And that zombie film in London.
 
Well if you work for Les Claypool you should go ahead and pick up a 35mm camera because then you can name drop like a champ and look cool doing it...
