Hey guys, im looking to rent out my canon xh-a1. How much would you guys charge a day? Weekend? Weekly? Or Monthly?

FYI: Probably not the best section to post this, but I'll try and help you.
I can't tell you an exact day rate, it will vary. Are you along with the package? Or just the camera? Tripod? Extra batteries, etc... all make a difference in pricing.
No matter what you decide, the industry rates are usually as follows:
Three days = one week
Weekend = Friday afternoon pickup- monday morning return, One day rental
Sometimes people say a weekend rental is 1.5 days, some say four day rentals= week.
Those people make me angry. lol.
My best guess would be $200 a day for just the camera. You can go lower to entice more customers, or higher for more profit. It is a fine line between how much you can get per customer and how many customers you can get. More profit with higher prices, but less customers. Less profit with lower price but more customers... you get the idea.
