I was just over on B&H and it appears that through the end of June, they have (surprisingly)reinstated the $5,000 instant rebate on the 17-120. There is also $300 instant rebates on individual CN-E primes, $1,600 on a four lens set, $2,500 on a five lens set and $3,000 on all six. The 50-1000 and other cine zooms don't appear to have any rebates. They also advertised special financing: 0% for 24 lease and 1.99% for 36 lease.
 
These rebates come and go all of the time.

Sometimes they expire and stay @ the higher price, and sometimes the "Instant Savings" stay the same...for months.
