So I'm purchasing an SGPro 35 adapter and I'm trying to decide whether to go Canon FD or Nikon lenses. I currently own a 50mm 1:1.4 Canon FD and a zoom lense (something up to 200mm) so I was looking at the FD mount but I've read a lot of people like the Nikon lenses. I know the FD's require a little fiddling to lock the aperture to use off camera which isn't an issue but I'd like to hear people opinions and knowledge about the use and results between the two brands.. FD lenses seem to be more readily available and at a cheaper price so that's a benefit but is there good reason to go for Nikon glass instead??
