Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L USM Lens Mug Review

I love the look of it, but I'm a bit disappointed because it's only f/4.0 instead of f/2.8 and I sometimes drink coffee in the evening as well.
But at least I hear using coffee with it makes it easer to focus.
 
I'm not going to noob you because that's so 2007. But, that's been posted on here before. And, I want one too.
 
Yeah, I realized after that there's a thread about the mug and I should have simply posted the link to the review in that thread.

The tripod shot is priceless, though.
 
You can tell something is popular when there are Chinese knock-offs of it on eBay...

So one of these popped up for sale a few weeks back on Fred Miranda's site. I snapped it up thinking it'd be a perfect birthday gift for a certain Wookie I know. I had been telling Caffesse about the 70-200 f2.8L IS II that I got recently, and told him I wanted to show it to him. We met up for lunch last week, and in the parking lot, I took the coffee mug and tossed it to him. Thinking it was the $2500 lens, I'm pretty sure he soiled himself.

But he caught it, and didn't even drop his cell phone (he was talking to jason.adams at the time).

A good prank that was thoroughly enjoyed by me. :D
