Clip 'C0006.MP4' in track V1 at timecode 59:59:05, with reel name '' and filename 'C0006.MP4':

Seems like one program is reading the correct timecode off the clips and the other is just reading each as starting at 00:00:00:00.
In your Vegas timeline, do all of your clips start at 00:00:00:00?
I am guessing DaVinci is reading the correct timecode eg 21:40:15:00 so now the trick is to figure out how to get it to ignore that timecode value and instead just start each clip's timecode at 00:00:00:00 and match purely based on filenames.
I don't have a computer nearby but try setting it to conform using filenames and source clip frame count? This thread seems to suggest this works: https://forums.creativecow.net/thread/364/2840
