Candy Glass

[Amerikan123]

Can anyone give me instructions on how to make candy glass, or at least a reference to a book with details on how to? thanks!

The term I have always heard is "Sugar Glass".

I have never made it myself, only purchased it ready to use.

Here is a link to a recipe:

Amerikan123, I just thought i'd let you know that "maybe" in your signature is spelled wrong. Just letting you know in case you hadn't.
