Canadian in UK for shoot

Have a client based in the UK (but is multi-national) , this video they want, I can shoot it locally, however I would need to find 3 comparable light/industrial locations and god knows how many actors and support (scenes are people using a special device in each location, b-roll is not a viable option here).

3 previous videos I flew to the locations, they all turned out really great. The ones that I've had to fake using local locations have all turned out to be less than convincing. We just don't have some of these industries in this city, or if we do, whole other ball of wax comes in to play.

Against me is liability. I drop a light into a machine, I don't have any liability insurance. Client will pay location fees. Then the whole actor/employee thing comes in. I can't place actors close to active factory equipment, I can just picture their arms getting shredded off.

On top of this all, they want the thing delivered in 3 weeks, and I'm booked for 3 with another gig, only a few free evenings. We can delay them a bit with script back & forths, things like that..

My last gig doing one of these, with 2 days out of town (flew to Chicago), editing, I charged them about $2200, they picked up air/car/hotel. I shot at customer locations by myself.

I think I can make a strong case for getting flown to location and shooting in a client-facility. I still have liability issues though. Hmmm.

Anything I should know about going for 5 days to the UK to shoot (bringing own gear, not hiring any UK crew).. ??
