I think you guys were lucky, what with cooler temperatures at more northerly latitudes.

When the US Founders got together in Philadelphia in July, people were just about keeling from heat stroke...

That may have had something to do with the wigs, layers, petticoats, tights, thick frilly shirts and buckled shoes. :laugh:

It's been so long since I had quality poutine, it's not even funny. I tried to order a ghetto version at a hybrid A&W/KFC a few years ago (processed cheese sauce instead of curds or grated cheese), just wasn't the same... and the kid at the counter looked at me like I grew a third eye when I asked for it.

I like to order the 5 meat stuffed pizza from my local joint...
It has Sausage...Pepperoni...Beef...Canadian Bacon........and Regular-People Bacon.
