can you upscale pdf images in Premier Pro without losing resolution (like in AE)

Is it possible to upscale pdf or vector images in PP CS6 without losing resolution.

I know that in After Effects you can easily do this by turning on "continually rasterize".

Is there a similar option in Premiere Pro CS6?
