I know what you're talking about and i'm building one. Its just bare four foot flows rigged in a circle or whatever shape you prefer. I'm cutting PVC in have and putting clips in the pvc to hold the flows, i'm going to hold them together structurally witn some light but stiff aluminum pipe to pie and i'm still working out the center structure.
