Can you save footage if the battery dies while filming?

I film with a Panasonic GH2 and since I use the cheap chinese batteries, there is no battery meter. Today filming a presentation the battery cut off 30 minutes into the presentation so the file is currupt when I try to drag it onto my computer desktop or put it into adobe media encoder. I have a mac and PC so can try both but dont have any luck. Is there a way to turn this file into something usable?

Hello, I had a similar issue with my AF101. Camera itself repaired the clip (it took ages as it was more than an hour long) and had no problem using it.
