Need one to accept grant money on productions behalf. Looking for one with equal to or less than 6% fee. thanks everyone.

We were able to team up with a local college. You might try one with a film dept that could lend some PA's as a training experience.
 
There might be a nonprofit film festival or something like that in your area that could help. deadCENTER Film Festival in Oklahoma City does this and takes 5% I'm pretty sure.
 
San Francisco Film Society, they have info on their website. The Austin Film Society might also offer this service. Check some other film societys around the country. Good luck.
