CAn you export an entire files frames? like for uprezzing, in vegas? Or do you need a plug in?

If you're using vegas 6, it comes with a script titled "render image sequence" that will do exactly what you want. Look in the tools menu, under scripting.
I don't recall vegas 5 coming with such a script (although I could be wrong) however you can download one for free from www.vasst.com called "export images for range PNG". They also have a similar script for vegas 4 called "export images for range".
