Can you custom label individual clips on the Tascam DR 680?

I'm a DP, so not a lot of audio knowledge. Is there an efficient way to label each individual clip/take on the Tascam DR680? My usual sound guy's clips are usually labeled as per whats on the slate, but I can't figure out how to do this on the dr680.

For example, when finished offloading from my usual sound guy, the files are labeled something like: S01 T12 meaning scene 1 take 12.

Is this possible, and if so, how?

cheers

And to take this one step further, is there also a quick way to add a word before takes?

Let's say I'm shooting 5 interviews back to back. I'd like to be able to quickly set up the tascam to label each interview. Example for what I'd like to clips named: "Stevie Wonder S01 T12", and then when we're finished with the stevie wonder interview, I'd like to be able to quickly label it for the next interview: "Vanilla Ice S01 T01" and so on. Possible?

You can have 4 different preset names: Date or User name 1, 2 and 3.
Page 26 in the 680 manual states how to change 'User names'. The amount of characters is limited to 6 or 8 as I recall, so abbreviations may be needed. For instance "R01S01" (Roll 1, Scene 1). The takes, 001, 002 are incremented as files are initiated. Mono1, mono2, mono3, (ect.) are the track numbers. (mono mode in this case)
R01S01_001_mono1.wav
R01S01_001_mono2.wav
R01S01_002_mono1.wav
R01S01_002_mono2.wav
'Date' mode Ex:
131126_001_mono1.wav
131126_001_mono2.wav
131126_002_mono1.wav
131126_002_mono2.wav
If you need to re-set the takes to start at 1 again, you must re-Initialize under the System menu.. which also re-sets the record parameters.... Yeah it sucks , but what do you want for the cheap price.
