can you buy or make the bullet hits?

Hi, just wondering, can you buy like the air compressed explosions? like the bullet hits to the ground? if not is there a way to make them cheap, safe, and reusable?

for the bullet hits on the ground, you could try "dust balls", Won't give you the spark, but will give you the dust. Fired with a paintball gun.
