By the way, even without an official forum, a few of us LS300 owners are discussing the camera at another large and long serving forum-based website.
Specifically we are discussing 'Upcoming New Features for the GY-LS300' Google may help you find it ;-)

Does anybody know if warranty is transferable on the JVC LS300? It should be written on the warranty card.
I contacted JVC on this but usually they take a loooong time to answer.

If there is enough interest, I have no issue creating sub-forums for cameras. Any suggestion otherwise is...

I've subscribed to this thread and will keep an eye on it in the short term to see if interest on this forum grows. The last couple sub-forums I created don't get much traffic, so that is why I am generally hesitant about adding every sub-forum requested.
