Can someone help me with this effect? (Justin Timbelake VIdeo)

He is on a raised plexiglass platform in the middle of a green screen stage (green ceiling too). The camera is on a jib arm and drops below the platform to shoot upwards through the clear bottom and shows the sole of his shoe.

The would have to do a little clean up with the distortion and refraction from the plexiglass' edge, but the camera move is so fast it was probably only an issue for a a few frames.

I agree to some extent. If you look close you do see a motion blur from his feet as they hit the point of where the transition from above to where the edge of the glass would be in view. Not positive, but it is an achievable scenario.
