can someone color separate graphics so i can make screen stencils ?

I am looking for someone to take a graphic and separate the colors so i can make stencils for screen printing. I am not too savvy with photoshop and any help would be appreciated. just let me know what you would charge me. I have like 4 graphics that need to be done and all 3 graphics are no more then 3 colors each.

The graphic with 3 colors would be printed as spot color. The others would be CMYK, aka full color. Remember that printing is CMYK.
C=Cyan
M=Magenta
Y=Yellow
B=Black
