Can I use footage from a previous movie?

[MiniMan]

I was thinking about making kind of a sequel to my horror movie "Below Dry Water". What I'm wondering about is can I have some short flashback montages from it in my contribution to Horrorfest? Would it break the rules in any way?

I guess as long as it was made after june 1st.
