Can I use 4 Sure MX393 mics with a DR100 mkII via two xlr Y splitter cables?

If you're expecting the microphones to mix together in something resembling an even balance because you have wired them in parallel, no, forget it. Each microphone will be loaded down by the other in the pair and you're likely to get a muddy mess.

You need a real mixer with a separate preamplifier for each microphone.

And it's "Shure" (with an "h"), not "Sure." Sidney and Samuel Shure, the founders, would appreciate your spelling their name right!
