Can I Salvage any clips that I forgot to turn on my Brevis?

So, there were 3 shots that I shot, and never realized the Brevis wasn't on, until playing them back in FCP. It's outdoor shots with the sky a little blown out since it was shot at 7 am, and it's barely noticeable, but none the less it kills me to see.

Is there any way in post to reduce the noise created by the frosted glass not vibrating?

neat video can reduce it a little. It can reduce it a lot but only with some softening of the image as a whole.
