O oxband Well-known member Aug 7, 2011 #1 I got my camera a year ago, but only today looked at firmware updates and saw that there is firmware update 1.21 I havent done any of the previous updates. Is it a problem to just straight to 1.21 without having done any of the earlier ones?

T TheDingo Veteran Aug 7, 2011 #2 Yes you can update with no problems. Just make sure your camera is powered via the AC adapter.
A AGMedia Carbonite Member Aug 8, 2011 #3 Also, when you follow the instructions, remember that the record button on the top handle has an on/off switch (on the side of the top handle). Make sure it's turned on.
