Can I fix this in post?

I filmed an entire day with the focus on the ground glass slightly off. Can I fix this in post or doI need to shoot this again?

Re-Shoot. Nothing can fix bad focus.

why are you shooting chroma key with an adapter? this is one situation where you do not want shallow DOF. unless you like sloppy keys, i would reshoot your blue/green screen stuff without the adapter.

If I shoot without adaptor, it won't match.

shooting a green screen with an adapter isn't necessarily bad, it can also help the key because imperfections on the green screen are out of focus. Just make sure you have enough light to shoot at an f-stop where your subject is in focus (and have them as far away from the green screen as possible). No way to fix those out of focus shots --> re-shoot

by the way, why do you use a blue screen? Green works slightly better for video cameras... (the yellow shirt could be harder to key with a green screen)
