I have to render my project in MPEG4 (client wants it this way)....
How can I got my final clip in MPEG 4 using Vegas?

Thanks,
Voytek

MPEG4 is a codec, not a delivery format (usually).

You can do a QuickTime .mov and encode it with mpeg4, or do a MainConcept AAC/AVC (?) which is already set for mp4. Perhaps some others, too.

Chances are, they want it QuickTime, though.

Sony has 2 mpeg4 codecs, sony's ACC/AVC and the latest update 6d added the mainconcept one which has settings for the ipod etc... You'll find them both in the "render as" dialog box. You then just need to choose the bitrate and video quality to suit your needs. Mark
