Can I clean the Letus thin glass piece?

The glass piece that is where you snap the lenses on... I have a spec (not sure if it's a spec from dust or what but it shows up on the footage when I shoot and it's very annoying and I am trying to get rid of it)... Any ideas? Can I use glass cleaner spray and a lens cloth or will that break it?

If it's a speck of dust use one of these... or something similar.

Usually this will do the trick. (I picked up one from a local photo store)


If not use lens paper.

Most likely you won't break it... Id be more worried about scratches/cleaning marks

It's def. on the glass. It's like a water stain from maybe the cold air being trapped in there and being wet, and it shows up when I put on all lenses and all lenses do not have marks on them, so I claned the Acrhomat part of the adapter... Didn't change anything, so it's the thin piece on the end. Hien said I could use lens cleaning solution but I'm curious if anyone else has done this before? Seems like it can break easily if I put too much pressure on it... I wanted to get some opinions. They said they would clean it if I sent it in, but I don't see a need if I can do it myself and it's evident to me atleast that a problem is the thin glass area that is a little fogged up and has dried water marks on it...
