i keep getting this double image on fast moving shots, is it called ghosting ?

how can i prevent this?

You need to be more specific about how you obtained the images. What did you shoot it with? What was your post process?

Chances are, it's not from the camera, and has more to do with how you treat your footage in post.

It looks like Interlacing issues to me. What was your shutter speed?
