Can an Anton Bauer Dionic-HC 90 Wh battery be charged by Lanparte battery plate?

[austinmartifilms]

I bought this battery and it seems to be throwing a fit when I try to charge it with my Lanparte plate.

Can AB batteries ONLY be charged by their own chargers?

What I want to know is can I expect this to work or do I need to shell out $300-600 for an AB charger?

I don't know for sure but given that the description of the battery in the link says it doesn't even work with all of the Anton Bauer chargers without being chipped, I'd say the chances aren't good.

Yeah, I think you're right. It's not going to work. Thanks.

Anton Bauer batteries must be charged on Anton Bauer chargers. They are often on eBay used but make sure you get one that is chipped for the Dionics.
