Can a Manfrotto 420B support a LED600 Coolight? Looking into stands.

Reading good things about Coolights.

If I don't use a the boom, can a Manfrotto 420B support this light? I WOULD NOT put it on the boom part. I think that only support a few pounds.
Or would the stands from a Manfrotto Background Support System if used separate could support the light?

Trying to find ways to use tripods for different things.

I would think if i buy 2 420B's , I could use them for many things.

I have a few other stands I can use too.
 
I don't have the Coollight LED600 but the specs say that it's only 3 pounds. You could even boom that if you had enough counter weight. I have a couple of 420s and have put far more weight than that on them. In fact, the 420 as just a straight stand for that LED is overkill since it's pretty beefy. Another issue that you may encounter is that they don't go that low. You can boom the light low but that's kind of a pain compared to just buying a straight light stand.
