Can a DVD contain extra data files?

I'd like to create a DVD that plays like a normal DVD when inserted into a standard player, but when placed in a computer, will also allow the user to open or download a full HD version of the video.
Essentially, a standard DVD with an HD Flash FLV on the same disc.

Possible?
thanks,
Michael

Sure- you can put anything you want onto a DVD. Look into the manual regarding DVD-ROM stuff.
