I recently got Camtasia 4 to record some webinars to my computer for FOREX trading and found that this program has some excellent compression options and codecs that come with it. I edit in Premiere Pro 1.5 and export movie to .avi then I bring it into Camtasia and use it for my final output usually to Flash, Sorenson or h264.
