Cameras used in PGA?

I just saw the 96th PGA championship and it ran until dark. I was curious if anyone knows what cameras they shot it with. Looked like they did pretty well in the dark and when the barrage of flashes were going off during the win , I didn't see flash banding, even in slow motion
 
Most likely the Sony HDC series (HDC2000 or HDC24000), or the Ikegami HDK series. All of those are CCD cameras, that's why no flash banding. Sony and Ikegami both make high speed cameras that shoot at high frame rates. Sony's is the HDC-3300. Ikegami's Hi-Motion II can do up to 1000 fps.
 
Thank you, edinc90. Always nice to learn more about what the big boys use. Sure would be nice to have some of those cameras
