camera tracking title

Hi, I am not sure the term "camera tracking" is good but take a look at the video and you will see what I am trying to do.

You can see that midway into the clip a title appear, sitting on the jump like it's actually there.
It only appears for less than a second because I am trying to create this effect in the motions tab and it's extremely time consuming.

Is there a better way to do this other than going thru the clip frame by frame adding keyframes and doing everything manually? because if so... im giving up!

not sure about FCP, but in after effects you can motion track the video clip and then apply the tracking to the graphic
 
Sure you can do this easily in Motion with the tracking behaviors. It's a little tricky so spend some time with your manual.

Hi Noah, I found the tracking behavior in Motions, you are right, it's a bit tricky!! Not much tutorial out there... but I finally got to do what I wanted, still looks better when I do it manually tho, but since I don't have 5 days to put into this, the tracker will do. (I apply the tracker and then replace the keyframe manually)
